Haha! Take a look at this hilarious video posted by TurboSquid, in which their support staff talks about some dissatisfied customers which ordered 3d models 'cause they thinking they were real.
I think it's just TurboSquid advertising only.

It's all true! I might not believe it myself, if I hadn't been there. You know it's going to be a long day when the call starts with, "I was just wondering when my order is going to be shipped..."
