Quick Include/Exclude Lights 1.2

This is a tiny update of my Quick Include/Exclude Lights MaxScript, requested by a friend of mine (Titane), and just not to duplicate existing function, I set it to works lightly different. Pressing "Clean Include/Exclude List" button will empty the I/E list keeping the rest I/E settings intact, while pressing "OK" button (with "Transfer..." checkbox off) will swap enabling I/E plus set I/E type (Illumination, Shadow, Both).
